Since 2015, 17 people have been charged with breaching the injunction in the Wolverhampton area alone. The prohibited activities include:

- Driving at excessive speeds
- Driving in convoys
- Racing
- Performing stunts
- Playing radios and horns
- Obstructing other road users and public highways
- Antisocial behaviour, including swearing and shouting

Traffic police have taken to Twitter to warn users about the dangers of car cruising and racing.

> \*Illegal cruisers & racers\* This is one example of why we have injunctions. This driver lost control tonight whilst racing others and had been arrested and had his wrecked vehicle seized. Fortunately he wasn’t injured. 🚔🚔 [pic.twitter.com/BriNsJkqx2](https://t.co/BriNsJkqx2?ref=birminghameastside.co.uk)
